Banana Split Fluff Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant banana pudding
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts + 2 tablespoons for garnish
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 jar (10 ounces) maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the banana pudding mix with the undrained crushed pineapple until fully dissolved and thickened. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  2. Stir in the marshmallows, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, sliced bananas, and halved maraschino cherries.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow it to chill. This recipe yields approximately 8 cups of Banana Split Fluff Salad.
