Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (I used boneless, skinless)
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
Cream of Chicken 1 can soup
1/4 cup water
How to Make Mom’s Butter Roasted Chicken
Preheat oven to 350°F.
First, pour condensed milk into a small bowl…enough to cover the chicken. Soak the chicken in milk and then roll it into flour sprinkled with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a 13×9 skillet and cook the chicken in it at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Mix water, 1 can of soup, and the remainder of the can of evaporated milk. Bake for about 30 minutes, then flip the chicken over and pour the soup over it. Bake for a further 30 minutes until nice golden brown
