Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
- 1 pot of natural yogurt
- 1 cup of self-rising flour (wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation Method:
- In a bowl, combine the natural yogurt, self-rising flour (wheat flour), and salt. Mix well until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough, then wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes. Then, place the dough on a floured surface (wheat flour), roll it out, and sprinkle some more flour on top.
- Use a fork to poke small holes in the dough, then preheat the oven to 200ºC (390ºF). Bake the dough for about 2 to 3 minutes and then remove it from the oven.
