For the Filling:
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

• 2 carrots, diced
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

• 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. For the crust, in a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the cold cubed butter and use
a pastry cutter or fork to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
