Ingredients:
° 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Methods:
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, melted butter, warm milk and eggs.
Add flour and salt and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and let it rest in a warm place for about an

hour.Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). A greased or baking tray lined with baking paper.
Make golf balls from dough.
Place the rolls about 5 cm apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the rolls with melted butter and let them rise for another 15 minutes.Bake the rolls for 12 to 15

minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Brush the buns with additional melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
Serve the rolls warm, with additional butter on the side if desired.
