Coconut Chewies a sweet

Enjoy a wonderful snack with these chewy coconut bars. Brown sugar, coconut, and a hint of vanilla make for a tasty taste combination.

List of Ingredients: Amount of Ingredients

Two cups of packed brown sugar A quarter cup of melted butter

The egg 2-Vanilla essence Two teaspoons

1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

Flouring powder 1.5 milligrams of salt 1/4 teaspoon

Dehydrated, sugar-coated coconut 1/2 cup

Instructions:

Turn oven heat to preheating. Turn the oven on to 350°F, which is 175°C. Spray or line a baking dish that is 9×13 inches.

Mix the wet ingredients together: Melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a big basin.

Mix the dry ingredients: In a another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Mix together the dry and wet components. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while stirring constantly.

Toss in the shredded coconut and add the coconut.

After you have the baking dish ready, pour in the mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow it cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
