🛒 Ingredients
For the Beef Filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup tomato sauce
For the Creamy Cheese Layer:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
Other:
6–8 medium flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (for topping)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

1️⃣ Prepare the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in mozzarella and cheddar.
3️⃣ Assemble
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a spoonful of creamy mixture onto each tortilla.
Add a generous scoop of beef filling.
Fold the sides inward and roll or fold like a parcel.
Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
