*Ingredients:
°2 – 14.5 oz. Chicken broth
°2-3 carrots
°4 grains, peel and cut to small cubes
°1 tsp. onion powder
°2 small heads of broccoli (washed and cut into small cubes)
°3 tbsp. butter
°flour cup
°3½ – 4 cups milk
°4 c cheddar cheese
°1 tsp. salt
°½ tsp. garlic pepper
°6 tranches bacon
* Methods :
In bowl, mix chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, also onion powder.
Bring mixture to a boil, covering also simmer for 10 min.
Adding broccoli, covering, and simmer for an add 10 min.
While it is boiling, melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Whisking in flour and cooking for minute (or to golden brown).
Whisk in the milk and simmer for another 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Add salt, pepper and garlic.
Pour the cheese sauce into the large saucepan and toss until well combined.
Add more milk for a thinner consistency if you like a thinner soup, and add any extra salt and pepper needed.
Topping with bacon pieces also serving warm!!!
