☆Ingredients:

4 garlic cloves, chopped
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 steaks (your choice of cut)
Salt and pepper, to taste

☆Instructions:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Place the seasoned steaks in the skillet and cook for your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, this is typically about 4-5 minutes per side, but adjust the cooking time according to your preference.

During the last minute of cooking, brush the garlic butter mixture onto the steaks, allowing it to melt and create a flavorful crust.
