Bacon-Coated Potato Bites

Ingredients:

600 g Potatoes Salt Boiling water

50 g Parmesan cheese Black pepper Bread crumbs Olive oil

350 g Fresh bacon (thin slices)

Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl. Add salt and cover with boiling water. Let them soak for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Drain the potatoes and season them with olive oil. Roll the potatoes in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Wrap each potato wedge with a slice of fresh bacon.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the bacon-wrapped potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
