Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Sauce :
1 glass granulated sugar
6 tbsp salted butter, cut into 6 pieces

Cake-
1 glass Oreo treats, finely crushed
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 oz) bundles of cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened, condensed milk
3 huge eggs, room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 container scaled down chocolate chips (additionally more for topping)

Directions:
