Ingredients
3 glasses solidified hash brown potatoes
¾ container destroyed pepperjack cheese
1 container cooked ham, diced
¼ glass chopped green onions
4 eggs, beaten
1 (12 liquid ounce) can vanished milk
¼ teaspoon ground dark pepper
⅛ teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil a 2 quart heating dish.
Arrange hash brown potatoes equally within the foot of the arranged dish. Sprinkle with pepperjack cheese, ham, and green onions.
In a medium bowl, blend the eggs, dissipated drain, pepper, and salt.Pour the egg blend over the potato blend within the dish. The dish may be secured and refrigerated at this point for a few
hours or overnight.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes (or 55 to 60 minutes in case made ahead and chilled) within the preheated broiler, or until a cut embedded within the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes some
