Million Dollar Spaghetti Recipe

☆Ingredients:

24 ounces (680g) marinara sauce
8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream
1/4 cup (60ml) fresh parsley, chopped
1 pound (450g) spaghetti noodles
1 pound (450g) ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.
Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped parsley until well combined.
Spread half of the cooked spaghetti noodles in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the noodles, then top with half of the meat sauce.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat sauce.
Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti noodles, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
