- 2 packs of milk cookies
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 jars (300g each) of heavy cream
- 2 bars (90g each) of semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 box of milk cream
Preparation:
- Begin by combining the condensed milk and chilled heavy cream in a mixing bowl until you achieve a smooth and uniform mixture. Set aside.
- Next, assemble the layers in a serving dish. Start with a layer of the condensed milk and cream mixture, followed by a layer of milk cookies (you can optionally soak the cookies in milk beforehand). Repeat this process, alternating layers until the top layer is the cream mixture.
- Now, prepare the chocolate ganache. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler until fully melted. Once melted, stir in the heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate ganache evenly over the assembled layers. For added flair, you can sprinkle chocolate chips on top for decoration.
- Refrigerate the dessert for approximately 5 hours until set.
