Decadent Chocolate Cream with Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of milk cookies
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 jars (300g each) of heavy cream
  • 2 bars (90g each) of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 box of milk cream

Preparation:

  1. Begin by combining the condensed milk and chilled heavy cream in a mixing bowl until you achieve a smooth and uniform mixture. Set aside.
  2. Next, assemble the layers in a serving dish. Start with a layer of the condensed milk and cream mixture, followed by a layer of milk cookies (you can optionally soak the cookies in milk beforehand). Repeat this process, alternating layers until the top layer is the cream mixture.
  3. Now, prepare the chocolate ganache. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler until fully melted. Once melted, stir in the heavy cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate ganache evenly over the assembled layers. For added flair, you can sprinkle chocolate chips on top for decoration.
  5. Refrigerate the dessert for approximately 5 hours until set.
