☆Ingredients:

1 ½ teaspoons salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon instant yeast
1 ½ cups lukewarm water

☆Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast.
Add lukewarm water and stir until a sticky dough forms. It should be a rough, shaggy mass.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours. During this time, the dough will rise and ferment, developing flavor.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven or a covered baking dish into the oven to preheat as well.
While the oven is heating, lightly flour a work surface and gently shape the dough into a ball. You may need to use extra flour to prevent sticking.
Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven or baking dish from the oven. Place the dough ball into it, cover with the lid, and return it to the oven.
Bake the bread covered for 30 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crisp.
Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
