Ingredients:
– 2 thick slices of bacon
– 1 large egg
– 1 slice of cheddar cheese
– 1 toasted brioche bread, cut in half
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation:
1 . Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the bacon for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain.
2. Melt the butter in the same frying pan over low heat. Crack the eggs into a frying pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the yolks are soft.
3. Place the cheese slices on half of the toasted brioche bread. Carefully place the boiled eggs on top of the cheese.
4. Place the crispy bacon on top of the eggs and cover with the other half of the brioche bun.
