3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 teaspoons garlic, minced

Prepare:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9×13 baking sheet by lightly oiling.
In a baking pan, combine diced potatoes, grated cheddar cheese, cooked crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
Add mayonnaise to potato mixture and stir until everything is evenly coatedBake for about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender and golden brown on top.
