Danish Kinder Cheesecake

*Ingredients:*

– 200g tea biscuits
– 100g melted butter
– 400g cream cheese
– 200g sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Kinder chocolate pieces (optional)

*Instructions:*


1. Crush the tea biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Mix the melted butter with the crushed tea biscuits until well combined.
3. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. Add the eggs and vanilla, and continue beating until well combined.
6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base in the pan.
7. Optionally, sprinkle Kinder chocolate pieces over the cream cheese mixture.
8. Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit in the oven for about 1 hour.
10. Once completely cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for several hours before serving.
