2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Preheat the grill to 200°C for 5 minutes
Prepare the wings:
Pat the chicken wings dry with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture. Add salt and pepper.
Preparing the air fryer:
Spray the air basket with cooking spray to prevent wings from sticking.
Cook the wings:
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer in an airtight container, being careful not to touch them
while cooking.
Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking until golden brown. Depending

on the size of your movie you may need to do this in parts. Prepare the delicious pepper-garlic sauce:
While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, soy
sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens
slightly.
To cut the wings:
Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large mixing bowl.
Pour the sweet pepper-garlic sauce over the wings and let them cool.
Decorate and serve:
Place the wings on a serving plate.
Finely grind the sesame seeds and finely chop the green onion for garnish.
