Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Mix the caramel topping with the flour until well combined. Drizzle this over the cream cheese layer, then use a knife to swirl the caramel into the cream cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve.
