INGREDIENTS
3 apples cut into wedges
For the dough:
150 g (3/4 cup) sugar

220 g butter
340 g (1 cup) honey
180 ml (3/4 cup) buttermilk
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

300 g (2 1/2 cups) flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
10 g baking powder powder

For the caramel:
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
3 tablespoons of water
PREPARATION

- Add the sugar and water to the pan, let it caramelize over medium heat and cover the apples with the prepared caramel.
- In another pan, cook the butter for 6 minutes over medium heat, mix with honey, buttermilk, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and salt. Pour over apples and caramel.3. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 1 hour. Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.
