For the Burritos:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the onions, green bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assemble the Burritos:
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Down the center of each tortilla, layer the cooked beef mixture, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and shredded lettuce.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa over the toppings.
- If desired, add jalapeños, black olives, and cilantro for extra flavor.
Roll the Burritos:
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to close.
Serve:
- Serve the burritos immediately, with additional salsa and sour cream on the side if desired.
