Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 hot peppers
- 2 green onions
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams feta cheese
- 1 cup oil
- 1.5 cups milk (1 cup = 200ml)
- 3.5 cups flour
- 2 packs baking powder (1 pack = 8g)
- Grated cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Finely chop the potatoes, tomatoes, hot peppers, and green onions.
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and salt.
- Add the chopped vegetables, feta cheese, oil, and milk to the bowl. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until combined into a smooth batter.
- Bake the Pastry:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Grease a baking sheet with margarine and spread the batter evenly onto it.
- Add Topping:
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly over the batter.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Slice and serve warm.
