Coconut Cake in 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 box of instant vanilla cake mix (or coconut cake mix if available)

• 1 cup coconut milk (or regular milk)

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup shredded coconut (for garnish)

• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (for soaking)

• 1/4 cup heavy cream (for frosting)

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the cake mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, coconut milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.

3. Bake the cake: Pour the batter into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish or any small cake pan. Bake for about 15-20 minutes (or according to the cake mix instructions) until a toothpick comes out clean.

4. Soak the cake: Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Poke holes in the cake with a fork, then pour sweetened condensed milk over it, allowing it to soak into the cake.

5. Frost and decorate: In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread this over the cake. Top with shredded coconut for decoration.
