Flat Belly Detox Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea)
1 slice of fresh lemon (or 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice)
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced (or ½ tsp grated)
- 5–6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups (500ml) hot water
How to Prepare
- Boil water and pour it over the green tea bag in a large cup or jar.
- Add ginger slices and let them steep with the tea for 5–7 minutes.
- Add mint leaves and lemon juice/slice.
- Stir gently, let cool slightly, and strain if desired.
- Drink warm or chill in the fridge for a refreshing cold detox tea.
