Flat Belly Detox Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea)

1 slice of fresh lemon (or 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice)

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced (or ½ tsp grated)
  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups (500ml) hot water

How to Prepare

  1. Boil water and pour it over the green tea bag in a large cup or jar.
  2. Add ginger slices and let them steep with the tea for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add mint leaves and lemon juice/slice.
  4. Stir gently, let cool slightly, and strain if desired.
  5. Drink warm or chill in the fridge for a refreshing cold detox tea.

 When & How to Use:

  • Best time to drink:
    – In the morning on an empty stomach to kickstart digestion
    – Or 30 minutes before meals to help reduce bloating and curb appetite
  • How often:
    – 1–2 times a day, not more than 3 cups
  • Storage:
    – Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours
    – Always make a fresh batch daily for maximum benefits
