1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
4 cups broccoli florets
Sesame seeds, for garnish

1.5 lbs (680g) beef chuck roast, thinly sliced
1 cup beef broth
½ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup brown sugar
