Ingredients
- 1 cup of Milk
- 3 cups of All-purpose Flour (measured in a 250ml cup)
- 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 3 tablespoons of Butter (or Margarine)
- Ham and Mozzarella to taste
For breading:
- 4 cups of Water
- 1 cup of All-purpose Flour
- Bread Crumbs
Directions
First use a saucepan, add the milk, water, salt, chicken stock and butter, mix everything well.
Then add the wheat flour little by little, stirring constantly. Cook the dough for at least 10 minutes, place it on a worktop and knead it (be careful not to burn yourself).
Then roll out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter and try to make it as square as possible.
Then place the filling on one part of the dough and cut it into two equal (square) parts, then place one dough on top of the other, with the filling in the middle and close the sides with your hand, cutting off the edges that remain. Repeat the process with all the dough.
Finally, using a bowl, mix the water with the flour and stir until completely dissolved, dip the cigarrete in the mixture and then in the breadcrumbs to coat well, repeat the process with all of them.
Finish by frying everything in very hot oil and these delicacies are ready.
