- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 12 oz refrigerated biscuits (one 12 oz can)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
- Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Evenly spread the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
