Indulge in the Irresistible Delight of Crab-Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits with Zesty Lemon Butter!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Crab Filling

  • 1 pound lump crab meat, fully cooked
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ + cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Make the biscuit mix according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed crackers. Mix well.
  4. Using a scoop, place biscuit mix on a floured hand and form a cup-shaped biscuit.
  5. Place a scoop of crab mix in the center of the biscuit.
  6. Cover with more biscuit dough, sealing edges.
  7. Repeat until all dough and filling are used, then place biscuits in muffin trays.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. While baking, mix melted butter with 1 tsp lemon juice.
  10. Once baked, brush biscuits with lemon butter mixture.
