These delectable beef rolls were a hit the first time around, and the second attempt only elevated their deliciousness.
Ingredients:
- 2.25 lb Ground beef
- Seasonings: 1/4 tsp each of seasoned salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, 1 tbsp beef broth, and 2 tbsp Lipton onion soup packet.
- 1/4 cup each of purple onions, yellow onions, green peppers, red peppers (cook with your preferred meat).
- 8 tortillas
- Salsa con queso cheese dip
- 2 tbsp rice (white rice)
- 1 tsp garlic butter
Instructions:
- Cook ground beef with seasoned salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, beef broth, and Lipton onion soup packet. Add purple onions, yellow onions, green peppers, and red peppers.
- Lay out tortillas, spread salsa con queso cheese dip, add desired amount of meat and 2 tbsp white rice. Roll them up and cook in a skillet with 1 tsp garlic butter until golden brown on each side (approximately 3 minutes).
Dipping Sauce:
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1/2 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tsp kinder buttery buffalo sauce
- Red pepper flakes and parsley for garnish.
