Instructions:
Hydrate the Agar Agar or Gelatin:
In a small bowl, mix 7 g of Agar Agar or unflavored gelatin with 60 ml of water.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to hydrate and soften.
Prepare the Coconut Milk Mixture:
In a medium saucepan, combine 400 ml of coconut milk with 120 ml of water.
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it becomes warm (do not boil).
Add 50 g of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture.
Whisk continuously until the cocoa powder dissolves completely and the mixture becomes smooth.
Combine with Agar Agar or Gelatin:
Once the coconut milk mixture is warm, add the hydrated Agar Agar or gelatin.
Stir continuously until the Agar Agar or gelatin completely dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
Pour and Set:
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass dish.
Smooth the surface with a spatula if necessary.
Chill to Set:
Place the molds or dish in the refrigerator.
Let the dessert chill for at least 2 hours, or until it sets and becomes firm.
