2 pounds chuck steak
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons onion gravy mix

1 clove minced garlic

2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
3 quartered onions
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Flour and oil for browning
For the Dumplings:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg
Preparation
Coat the diced chuck steak in seasoned flour and brown in a frying pan with a bit of oil.
