Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger bars (about 3-4 large bars)

– 2 cups crispy rice cereal
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 1 bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
1. First line a baking tray with baking paper and set it aside. This will be the resting place of your candy once it’s
covered in chocolate.
2. In a large bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger bars with creamy peanut butter to create a harmonious blend of
soft and crunchy textures.3. Gently fold the crispy rice flakes into the peanut butter mixture, making sure they are
evenly coated but not crushed to retain the crunch.
4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until mixture is well blended and holds together when pressed.
5.Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in
between, until smooth and completely melted.
7. Using a fork, dip each Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, allow the excess to drip off and place back

to set and the balls to harden.
